The design fee is most often fully recouped by the reduced cabinetry costs and the trade discounts that I pass on to you. In return you have an expert who can support and help you through the design process.

My Process
1. Lets Chat!
When you’re ready for expert advise that keeps your best interests first, reach out by phone or email. We can discuss your renovation needs and see whether working together might add value to your renovation.
2. No Obligation Meeting
Yay! We both think that we might make a great team and set up a free Discovery Meeting in your home.
You introduce me to your space and we develop a Design Brief and early design concepts.
3. Design Phase
During this phase I develop 3D designs that meet your Brief criteria. We will continue to meet and adjust these designs until you are 100% thrilled with the way your new kitchen will look.
I ask for 50% of my Fee to begin this exciting process.
4. Time to Shop!
Your design can affect which appliances and materials you can use in your kitchen. To make sure that there are no conflicts, I assist you to choose your new appliances, sink, tap benchtop and appliances. If we find any conflicts, then we can adjust either the design or the choices to ensure that Production occurs smoothly…and I pass on my trade discounts directly to you.
5. Plans and Documentation
Once the design and PC items have your final approval, I prepare your final design documentation. This includes hard and electronic versions of your Floorplan, Elevations and Material and Hardware Selection Sheets…..everything your builder or joiner needs to accurately quote your project.
The final 50% of the Fee is due before receipt.
6. Choosing your Joiner
I will collaborate with your preferred builder, kitchen company, joiner or cabinet maker.
Don’t have one? No problem, I have access to all of the trades your project needs and can can get quotes and manage it all on your behalf.
7. Production and Manufacturing
I will join you for onsite meetings for your Check Measures and review your final production plans.
I will liaise with and confirm most materials before they’re cut. These steps help to minimise unforeseen problems and keep your renovation running smoothly.
8. Installation & Final Completion
I am available during Installation to answer any questions and before you make your final payment to your kitchen manufacturer, we do a final walkthrough to make sure everything has been completed to our specifications.
